Guest Policy

It’s important to keep in mind that we are a membership organization, and membership is required to attend most of our functions.

Up to three events as a guest

We invite guests to attend up to three events to get a sense of our organization and decide if membership is right for them. After attending three events, guests must become members to continue participating in our activities.

Past members with expired memberships are not eligible for guest privileges and must renew their membership to attend events.

Member Benefit Events

We also have “MEMBER BENEFIT EVENTS” that are exclusively for our members. These events offer exclusive opportunities for members to connect with each other and participate in special activities. If you want to attend one of these events, you must be a member or join prior to the event to be admitted. Guest privileges are not available for these events.

Same rules for everyone

Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as members. For example, if a potluck event is planned, guests are required to either bring food or pay the applicable fee based on the event. We hope our guests enjoy their time with us, and we look forward to welcoming new members into our community.

All members and guests are expected to follow our Code of Conduct.
